Kashan Rafique is a seasoned advisor and operator who works alongside early-stage technology and fintech founders. Across more than fifteen years in finance, he has moved from institutional portfolio management into hands-on company building, helping founders make their businesses fundable, structured, and ready to scale.
He began in London, earning a BA in Banking & Finance and an MSc in Finance. As a portfolio manager for a single-family office, he designed and built a proprietary multi-factor model for selecting and valuing UK equities, the analytical engine behind the office's equity strategy. After relocating to Dubai, he advised private clients on investment and strategy before committing fully to the early-stage world.
His work today spans technology, fintech, gaming, and Web3. As an advisor and part-time CFO, he owns financial modelling, fundraising strategy, and growth for the companies he works with. Where he has real conviction, he also invests. In 2023 he founded his own advisory firm, working with founders and management teams internationally.
